PullvuePrivacy Policy
In short: Pullvue does not collect personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your collection stays on your devices and in your own iCloud.
Who is responsible
Pullvue is made by Seyit Han Alkan, an independent developer in Istanbul, Türkiye. For any question about privacy, write to support@pullvue.app.
Camera
The camera is used only while you scan cards. Each frame is analysed on your iPhone with Apple’s Vision framework to read the card’s name and number. Frames are not saved and are never sent anywhere.
Your collection
The cards you add, with their quantity, language, variant, condition and purchase price, are stored on your device. If iCloud is turned on for Pullvue, they sync through your private iCloud database, which Apple keeps for you and which we cannot read.
Card information and prices
To show card details, images and prices, the app downloads them from TCGdex and from Pullvue’s price server, which runs on Cloudflare. These requests name the cards being looked up and contain nothing about you. As with any internet request, the servers see your IP address in order to send the answer back. Pullvue’s price server does not log IP addresses.
Subscriptions
Pullvue Pro is sold by Apple. Apple handles the payment and tells the app only whether a subscription is active. We never see your payment details.
Crash reports and statistics
If you agreed in your iPhone’s settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may pass anonymous crash reports and usage statistics to us. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Support email
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you. Mail to support@pullvue.app is forwarded by Cloudflare to our Google mailbox, and our replies are sent through the email service Resend. We delete support emails on request.
This website
pullvue.app sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the pages and gives us only aggregate statistics, such as the number of visitors per country.
Children
Pullvue collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Türkiye’s KVKK you may ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Apart from support emails we hold none. To remove your collection, delete the app; to remove its iCloud copy, open Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage.
